We’re looking for someone deeply relational to help nurture and grow our community. This is a part-time, 6-month role (with potential to extend), focused on building relationships, supporting volunteers, and helping people feel known, valued, and connected.
What you’ll be doing:
• Welcoming people and helping them find their place
• Building meaningful relationships
• Supporting volunteer and leadership pathways
• Holding the systems that help us care (CRM, yahrzeits, follow-up)
• Sharing the story of our community through thoughtful communication
Who you are:
• A natural connector who genuinely enjoys people
• Warm, organised, and attentive
• Comfortable balancing systems with human connection
• A strong communicator, both online and in person
Approx. 15 hours/week, with some presence at community moments.
